Ordering & Pre-Orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders reserve upcoming products before release. Payment is collected at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items become available unless otherwise stated.

We strongly recommend placing preorder and in-stock items as separate orders if you want available items shipped immediately.

When do pre-orders ship?

Paladin Cards follows all manufacturer, distributor, and publisher street date policies, including those established by Pokémon and other trading card game publishers.

Pre-orders will not intentionally ship before the official release date unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders may begin processing shortly before release; however, shipment timing, carrier acceptance, transit times, and release-day delivery are not guaranteed.

Large Pokémon releases may require additional processing time due to allocation timing, fulfillment volume, and carrier delays.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders are generally considered final sale.

If Paladin Cards approves a cancellation at our discretion, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

Can you combine or hold my orders?

To maintain fulfillment accuracy and processing efficiency, Paladin Cards does not combine separate orders once placed.

Requests to hold shipments, delay shipments, or merge preorder orders generally cannot be accommodated due to fulfillment queue volume and operational limitations.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Orders over $300 after discounts and before taxes qualify for free economy shipping within the continental United States.

How long does shipping take?
  • In-stock orders: Typically process within 1–3 business days.
  • Transit time: Usually 2–7 business days depending on carrier and location.
  • Pre-orders: Ship on or shortly after release in accordance with publisher street-date policies.
Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may vary.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and any supporting photographs.

We may assist with carrier investigations where applicable; however, carrier-marked delivery confirmations may be considered proof of delivery.

What about sealed product box condition?
Packaging Disclaimer: Minor packaging wear including shrink-wrap tears, corner dings, dents, scuffs, or manufacturer imperfections may occur during shipping and distribution and are not considered product defects. Collector-grade outer packaging condition is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Returns, Refunds & Policies

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the collectible and market-sensitive nature of trading cards, all sales are generally final.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only provided where required by law or approved at the sole discretion of Paladin Cards.

Do you price match?

We do not offer traditional price matching. Our goal is to price products competitively from the moment they are listed.

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us as quickly as possible at info@paladincards20.com.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun and may require order cancellation and repurchase due to fraud-prevention policies.

Products

Are your Pokémon products authentic?

Yes. Our products are factory sealed and sourced through authorized distributors.

Pull rates are random and specific cards or hits are never guaranteed.

Do you sell graded cards?

Occasionally. Listings will identify the grading company and assigned grade where applicable.

Are custom binders exactly identical to listing photos?
Custom Binder Disclaimer: Each custom binder is handmade and may contain minor natural variations. Laser engraving, color depth, material texture, and finish may vary slightly from listing photos. These minor differences are part of the customization process and are not considered defects.
