Ordering & Pre-Orders
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders secure your product ahead of release. Payment is taken at checkout. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-orders are not cancellable once placed. In rare cases where Paladin Cards approves a cancellation, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
My order contains in-stock and pre-order items. Can you ship the pre-order items separately?
As a default, orders will not ship until all items are available. We recommend placing pre-orders separately from in-stock items so the available items can ship right away.
We cannot combine orders.
When will my order ship?
- In-stock items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Pre-orders: Ship on or shortly after the official release date.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Free shipping unlocks automatically on orders over $300 (before taxes/fees). VIP tiers include additional shipping perks and discounts that apply automatically at checkout when eligible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
How are items packaged? What about box condition?
How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on location and carrier. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Store Policies
Do you price match?
Our mission is to provide the best prices we can right from the moment we put a product up for sale, therefore we do not price match other retailers.
I have moved and need to change my address for an existing order. How can I make this change?
Email us at info@paladincards20.com as soon as possible with the specifics of the change request and we will let you know how to proceed. Due to our fraud protection policies, we may not be able to change the address and might need to cancel the order so you can repurchase with the correct address.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final due to the collectible nature of trading cards. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by law.
What if something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect?
If your contents are damaged or an item is missing/incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Packaging wear alone is not covered for replacements.
Products
Are your products official Pokémon items? Do you guarantee pull rates?
Yes—our items are factory-sealed and sourced from authorized distributors. Pulls are random; we cannot guarantee specific cards or pull rates.
What’s the difference between an ETB, booster box, and collection box?
- Booster Box: Typically 36 packs for bulk opening.
- Elite Trainer Box (ETB): 9–10 packs plus accessories like sleeves and dice.
- Collection Box: Fewer packs with promos and themed extras.
Do you sell graded cards?
Occasionally. Any graded cards listed will include the grading company (PSA, BGS, or CGC) and the assigned grade.
Paladin Perks (VIP Program)
How does the VIP program work?
Every dollar you spend earns points toward VIP tiers. Perks like shipping discounts, early access, and exclusive merch apply automatically at checkout when eligible.

Yes. If your tier qualifies for a discount or shipping perk, it applies to eligible pre-orders at checkout.
